All accepted papers will be published by Springer Nature (https://www.springernature.com/) in the book series: "Communications in Computer and Information Science" and they will be indexed in the ISI Clarivate Analytics' Web of Science, Scopus, EI Engineering Index, Google Scholar, ACM, CNKI, Scilit, DBLP, EBSCO, ProQuest and others.
Paper with an additional review by one more reviewer can be published in various Scopus Indexed Journals (also indexed in Google Scholar, ACM, CNKI, Scilit, DBLP, EBSCO, ProQuest and others).
A Third option, if the authors cannot catch the high standards of our Springer Verlag Book and our Scopus Indexed Journals is a Volume of IEEE Proceedings.
The IEEE Proceedings will publish the articles that Springer Verlag or the Journals cannot accept, but they still fulfil a minimum quality level for the conference.

The IEEE Proceedings published by the IEEE CPS of the IEEE Computer Society will be indexed in ISI Clarivate Analytics' Web of Science, Scopus, EI Engineering Village, Google Scholar, ACM, CNKI, Scilit, DBLP, EBSCO, ProQuest and others.

Therefore, this year�s proceedings will have an elevated science indexation when compared to prior years' publications. Accepted papers will be also submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Some papers with an additional review can be published in various Scopus Indexed Journals.
